Hejre Kati (from Scènes de la Csárda No. 4, Op. 32) originates from Hungary, composed by the Hungarian violinist and composer Jenő Hubay, arranged for accordion duet by Anthony Galla-Rini. Hejre Kati was published in 1890, and is based on Hungarian folk and Gypsy (Romani) melodies. Jenő Hubay (1858–1937). The composition draws on three popular Hungarian melodies, including Gypsy band traditions and folk tunes also used by Brahms.
