Sometimes very new students of the accordion need a work to perform that is not too long, yet showcases what they have learned and is easy to memorize. This work has several features to add interest: a touch of a bass solo, legato and staccato articulation, a partially descending scale in the right hand, and a big finish. It may be repeated playing an octave higher in the right hand if added length is desired. Who doesn’t love a skateboard?
